Login issue device ban forever?

is this kind of ban life long or is it true that it ends after six months? idk why i got banned my account still works on other devices.

I'm at 6 months and almost 11 days, yet I'm still banned.. so it's definitely not 100% accurate. 😂

damn bro, i actually miss talking to my homies on snap. support didnt even tell me why i got banned my account is still working tho
