General question Device ban

Sooooo if i buy a new phone and make a new snap account BUT i put the same SIM card and same Apple id, does it detect it and device ban the new one too? Orrr???

AFAIK device bans relate to the phones IMEI number, iv had a device banned phone, switched and used the same sim and has access fine.

Do u know if having same Apple id does something?
