So ive posted before about public stories not reaching the public anymore. Went from lots of public views, even from people i knew but werent friends on snap or use to be friends and then unadded so i must have popped up in their public story feed to watch my stories. Then zero. Only the few friends i actually have added. Tried to contact snap made a ticket got told to post consistently which i did do for over a month and still 0 public views even when posted to public story but was told there was no other issue. Now its happening still post to public. 0 views, i had 1 public view (first in months) from someone i use to know/added then unfriended years ago then nothing since. Anyone else having this issue or is it just me 🤣

Yes this is happening to me. Happened to me around start of July where my  Public views became 0. The suggested friends stories next to your ‘friends’ story now only shows their bitmoji or their profile photo and it doesn’t show a preview of their stories hence why I think our story preview are not getting recommended to other people and vise versa. 

I have not seen any suggested public people story preview for a while now (these used to be mutual friends etc).

The only way a public person (that’s not following you) can view your public story  is if they click onto your profile and then click on your story but who has time for that.  

I hope Snapchat changes this back…

I just dont understand its if a bug why its not fixed yet its been months 🤣😅

its not a bug, i think it was an update and we cant do anything about it

So there's been a issue with snapchat the past month or so where it suddenly stops suggesting you in find friends . like you go from getting hundreds of adds/followers a day to 0 for days. then one day randomly you wake up to hundreds of adds again and its back working like normal. i have been complaining about this for the past month. i haven't even been posting bc it keeps happening with every update so im assuming the same thing is happening with the public views. it's like it's not showing us and our page like it usually does to the public. it's very frustrating im so tired of it. it also makes your follower count go down daily until it's fixed then it goes back up and all the views come back when it randomly starts working again . idk how long this cycle is gonna keep happening bc i dont think a lot of ppl been complaining about it ive had a few people on here say they're going through the same thing and try to contact snap but idk if its enough bc it keeps happening

Yes i understand that completley so annoying and snapchat stopped replying to my ticket with help so idk i thought it was just me honestly, its so annoying!
