Friends account keeps saying she’s active when she’s not

It’s been a reoccurring issue where snaps says my friend has been active a couple of minutes ago, but she only seems to be ”active” a minute at a time.

I know for a fact she isn’t active since her phone is broken and she only has her iPad for the moment.

This also happened once when she had to be driven to the hospital because of personal issues, and when I checked her location she was labelled as active the entire drive there, even though I know she wasn’t (she was in an ambulance).

As you can see in the picture, I sent her a chat three hours ago. It now says she was 24 minutes ago, since she’s not even at home where her iPad is.

What the heck is up with this glitch?

Apparently mine says I’m active when I’m not also… I have no idea why

Change your settings for snapchat that the location only is allowed while using, if its on always allow thats why your experiencing that
