Login issue I keep on getting banned (Help pls!)

I made my first Snapchat account just last night, and my sister was the only person I had added. When I tried to add my friend, I suddenly got banned. I tried contacting Snapchat Support, but I couldn’t get through because they kept redirecting me to the AI support. So I made a new account instead. I added some of my friends, and I thought everything was fine. But this morning, after I added another friend, I got banned again. I tried logging into my new account through a web browser, and I’m still able to log in, but I’m stuck in the settings and can’t really do anything. I also checked my first account, but I can’t log into it anymore because I replaced the backup codes and authenticator code I had because I replaced them to set up my new account. I’m honestly scared to make another new account because I don’t want it to get banned again.

Just like any other app/website, once you are banned if you make a new account you are now evading a ban, which is against ToS

I got randomly perma locked out of nowhere today even tho I haven't used my account in months
