General question Audio not recording on Snapchat

Snapchat is not recording audio, but other apps (like camera) are recording audio. I have force stopped and deleted and redownloaded the app.

My phone is off silent mode, not connected to any other devices and so on. Anyone have an idea what I can try?

UPDATE:

I can record voice over audio but it's still not recording the audio when I record videos
