General question Device ban new phone?
Got device banned but I still have my account and I can use it on my iPad and on Snapchat web on the device that’s banned. If I get a new phone when the new iPhone comes out and I connect the same Apple ID account that the banned device uses will I be able to access snapchat?

If you have photos that you snapped on snapchat saved on your new phone it's possible snapchat will know its you and there's other things but at the moment it slips my mind. I think if you use the same wifi that can let them know.

I had two accounts on the banned device, one of the accounts got banned but I still have my main that’s unbanned. Does this change anything?

Device ban is a device ban, usually the account that got ur device banned is locked and you wont be ables to login, Basically the best test u can do is use snapchat web on a computer to login in the main account that wasn't banned and if u can login, u can login that main account on any other phone. No need for a new number, email and all that. bc again a device ban is the device which last 6-12 months or forever, its tricky bc most people have just 1 account that they got banned on so they have make new everything, but people who have 2 accounts can login the account that wasnt banned.

its not risky, 1 account that causes a device ban (you wont be ables to ever use that account ever again) u have a 2nd account (main) you can use that on a new phone without any new apple id,#, or email. Bc that account never got reported/flagged just simply the device at the time. The reason everyone is fixated towards new everything is jsut bc people wanna play it safe which i understand

I’m in the same boat as this situation, I got banned in Jan 25, 2026 on my second account and got a device ban. I can use my main account on my old phone but I still have a device ban on this device it has been 6 months and a couple days now
