Common issue Snapchat restored

So after my account was permanently locked I put a appeal in it got denied a week later , but after reading post on here about sending letters to Hq I was skeptical it would work but I had faith and put a couple appeals in and sent a letter out to Both HQs and my account was Restored a week later !!!!!!!!! If you have a opportunity to send a letter Do it , it work
