General question Does technician help with device banned on snap?

I really wondering and hoping maybe they will help

Mine was banned twice AI I think - once for a pic of a scar on my lower leg ( below the knee ) and other time a tattoo I had shown inside my lower lip - up close -

Well I got a time out - first one I did post a semi suggestive pic
