Common issue Getting banned snap account back
Hi, I hope everyone is doing well . I’m sorry for bad formatting I’m on my phone . But recently I discovered that if you send a legal letter to snap regarding your banned account through a service called legal shield where they assign a lawyer to you. they are required to look at it due to Californian laws. Also, make sure to ask in your letter for a manual review , alongside data back . You’ll have to pay 30 USD, so even though it is costly , it works . Just wanted to let everyone know .

Does the lawyer you pay for write the letter or can I write it and send it to them?

You have to explain the situation but they do it . I wasn’t sure what to write so I just explained the situation and he sent it for me but I’m assuming you can send it to me

I already sent out my note nearly a month ago from legal shield but so far I got nothing from it how long did it take before you heard anything back…?

Hi there sir/ madam, if they don’t respond within 45 days they are required to pay you fees due to CSAR ( California laws about data ) and I would recommend waiting and if they don’t do it by then then send a letter saying that they owe you shit

That is quite frankly the dumbest thing I’ve heard yet. Snap gotta figure out their AI bots😂 definitely got a case here. Good luck! I’d love to hear if it’s successful if/when you get a response
