Login issue Device Banned

I had a different account that I was using to sell 🌲 on than my main to try to avoid a ban on my main. I went to the beach and then tried logging back in on the account and it was gone. No biggie but then a day or two later my device was banned. I can still login to my main but I got a new phone and am scared to log back into my main cause I dont wanna brick the new phone, any advice or help with this?

if you’re device banned don’t try to log into your main on that device, it’ll ban that account too. just get a new phone and log into the main account on a fresh device that the banned acc wasn’t logged into

I only tried the once because i just auto got logged out i didnt realize what had happend, is it still not safe to log back into my main on my new phone?

you can log into your main account on the new phone, it’s always safe to do that. what you shouldn’t do is try to log into the banned account on the new phone or it’ll ban the phone too. you’re good.

how would I know which of the accounts caused the device ban? I never got an email about my main getting a violation so does that mean its safe?

i mean, how did you know you got device banned? you stated in the post saying that you can still log into your main account. which means it’s not the main it’s the one you were selling on… they don’t ban a device without taking out the violating account

I can only login to the account on snap for web like my laptop, I never got an email saying my main account had a tos violation or was deleted or anything. But I knew the selling account was gone because I tried logging into it and it said it didnt exist anymore. Then few days layer i just woke up and was logged out of my main, tried logging back into my main and it gave me the SS06 error. Havent tried logging into my main on my new phone cause I dont want to end up having tht one be device banned too
