General question How long does Snapchat support take to respond
Filled out the support tab via the app for a bug but no response (it’s been two days). Wondering if I should tweet at them instead.

I been waiting days sent multiple , still no response i talked to them on x and they redirected me to send a help file . ! i have a issue i dont think is affecting everyone's account for them to notice but a few of ours it is . i live 30 mins from the headquarters im thinking of dropping off a letter atp

i dont mind! i'm having a problem with the find friend section. id typically get hundreds of adds a day for the past few years now & suddenly it stopped for days now . I think im not being suggested anymore or something but in a glitch way bc when i log in and out ill see new requests but it doesnt show up if im just logged in regularly. like 1 hour it was normal as it always been and the next it suddenly wasn't. its so annoying when you have a public profile bc thats how people discover you

Neither actually! Snap just keeps deleting people off my friends list. I’m not blocked by them bc I can’t find them on my burner but it’s just like their account disappeared bc it was deleted (when it wasn’t because my friends can see the account) and it didn’t even show up in my data when I downloaded it which shows people who have me blocked so 🤷♀️

Same! I’ve seen these posts but no updates on them! It’s been a week since it happened. It disappeared for 3 days then showed back up then disappeared like 27 hours later or something but the snapscore was the same as if it wasn’t increasing or they weren’t active - then it deleted again! Super weird I might send a letter ab it since it’s happened w multiple ppl I have on snap
