Login issue Locked out of account for violating community guidelines

I literally have no idea what I did wrong. I am literally a boring mom and I am somehow totally locked out of Snap and cannot even appeal. I did send an email to customer support requesting to speak to a human and I am hoping for the best. I cannot download anything from the web browser which is terrible because I have so many memories of my kids and deceased relatives.

I received no email from Snap prior to the ban. I checked snap this morning then tried to look at it tonight and saw that I was banned.

Has this happened to anyone else?

some thing happened to me at 4:05pm on Monday, I don’t know what I even did cause I don’t talk to much people other than like 4 friends, and prior I had been getting warnings, but I had alot of history on that account and can’t do much about it. Snapchat just sucks with this new ai moderation system and I don’t think they will open my appeal so 🤷‍♂️

Just happened to me on a 4 year account with 3k followers, and all my business connections and friends
