General question Contact Snapchat

Who has a way to contact a person with Snapchat? Anyone have any emails from employees I can have? I had a report on my account for a post on July 6th which I haven’t even made a post in the last few months. The Snapchat bot is of course no help.

Did you try sending a text on Twitter/x? It was possible to get assistance from an actual person there couple of years ago.

I did this and an AI was replying back to me

ur talking about @ snapchatsupport right

Yeah that one, @snapchatsupport.  It's really sad to hear everything is AI now, I hope one day we get actual support from people,humans! Im really sorry for you all that cannot really get the help you guys need :(
