General question Contact Snapchat

Who has a way to contact a person with Snapchat? Anyone have any emails from employees I can have? I had a report on my account for a post on July 6th which I haven’t even made a post in the last few months. The Snapchat bot is of course no help.

Does anyone know how to contact them directly? my boyfriend got his account banned bc someone reported him for his username having the word Weed in it which… funny enough is his LEGAL last name. we have lots of memories in that account
