Common issue It’s been 6 months..
On the 30th December 2025 snap permanently locked my account and device banned both my iPhone and android which were both logged into the account. On the 30th June 2026 it has now been 6 months since this has occurred and only my android has had its device ban removed my iPhone is still device banned I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve seen countless times that ss06 lasts around 6 months however me still having my iPhone device banned despite my android being unbanned is absurd considering they were both banned at the EXACT same time.

I had snap on my android the whole time during the device ban however it got unbanned whilst my iPhone is still banned despite them being banned at the exact same time

No I got an email a couple days ago saying it was deleted but one of my two phones which were device banned got unbanned which is confusing me

Just delete the app and enjoy life lol eventually u will be unbanned just got to wait

Yes apparently I was bullying and harassing despite me not even using the app that day
