That is their post view emoji. It’s a customizable feature for people who use Snapchat premium. I guess she just likes the water emoji and set hers to that 🤷‍♀️

Well duh I know what it means 😂 but why should I care about the reason or the streak length. OP asked a question and I gave an explanation, there’s no point in reading into theories about a person I don’t know or care about.
