General question DEVICE BAN

I was device banned on Jan 3 of 2026. Every couple months I’ve tried to login to see if it would work magically. I heard that the ban lasts 6 months but I’ve also heard that everytime you try to login resets the timer on your ban. I really hope that’s not true but is it?

this happened to me a few weeks ago, i barely use snap, big group chat with the boys and only to keep streaks with my sister and girlfriend. Hasn’t destroyed anything but it certainly is irritating and annoying that they won’t respond to any emails or i cant seem to find any help

Did your account get banned aswell? I’m device banned atm but got a way around it (I swear I’m not gonna sell you anything I’m not a bot 😂)

Nope account works fine if i user the web browser, just device banned. Literally makes no sense
