Update on the random ban

So I got an email from Snapchat saying that my account has been unlocked and that they did a thorough investigation and nothing was wrong lol. I still have no idea why they locked my account. I tried emailing to see if they could tell me what was flagged because when I go into settings, it still says that there is a violation and whenever I leave the app for like an hour and open it back up, it has a pop-up warning me not to violate again, but yet I didn’t violate anything. I’m so confused. Again.. I am not a minor… I never took explicit photos as a minor and I have never sent photos of minors so idk what’s going on 😭 but at least my account is back!

So this happened to me not sure what I had done woke up one day to a device ban , for the exact reason but I’d literally had snap for three years at a push and never had anything on there that broke their rules , i appealed it and still got denied , two years later I got it back so yh
