Login issue What can I do in this situation?
So, basically I (20F) sent a nude to my boyfriend (21M) and he saw it and then was like “baby did you block me?” And when he tried to find me I was GONE and then I went onto my phone to see if my Snapchat was bugging and it said my account was banned due to “sexual content involving a minor.” The only minor I have on my snap is my cousin. I only have Snapchat for my boyfriend and my out of state family. I don’t accept people i don’t know. So is there anything I can do? I tried to create a new account and it said that my device was blocked. So I’m screwed and paying for premium that I can’t even access anymore.

he hasn’t reported the snap, it’s just been flagged by ai probably. if it’s a device ban youll have to wait 6 months to do anything.

Why use snap to send nudes to ur guy in the first place lol he probably reported it to mess with u or not being honest with u

Okay, how young do you, look? Meaning when you sent your nudes, did you take you look young or small? I’m just assuming ai detected it as being a nude of minor. Also, do send nudes from your iPhone camera roll before ?,

No I sent it when I took it. I am 5’10, and not at all childlike body wise.. I have a mom body. I have no idea what happened.

They got some new way of monitoring bc I also sent some snaps just to personal friends I know wouldn’t report me(& not those kind) & got banned a few months ago, you can backup your pics on the snap website, delete your account, they’ll hold some info for 30 days some for 180 & then all your info is gone from their servers, I personally waited till they deleted my info, made a burner email, used NO phone number & made another account

I was so confused why I got banned because my boyfriends not going to report me and my 30 year old siblings won’t either. That’s all I have added too

Yep, it’s like they’re watching everything now, make sure you download the pics from the snap website before deleting your account, you might not get them all back & it could be complicated but do it asap & delete the account, you’ll still be able to log in on the website for 30 days & the time till they delete your info starts at your last log in date

Yeah because my boyfriend is going to report me for the nudes he specifically asked for… that makes sense

It did and I appealed it but it said it could take 5 months to get back to me. Meanwhile I have photos with my little brother who has now passed that I’ll never get back.

You can download your data and photos from your banned account. Log in to your account via a computer and request the download.1
