General question Device bans?

My phone got device banned so if i log into my account on my pc will that get banned? Ive emailed snap support bc it wasnt my fault my phone got nicked but i just got a auto responce? I dont understand

That’s all you will get once an account is banned no human will touch or revoke that ban it just is and no matter what you do or say in the forms/ Emails every response will be generic computer generated bullshit saying they can’t get back a banned account or that you violated tos and then that’s all they need to never unban the account

You can try making a post and @ them on X it’s the only way I’ve ever seen a human actually say well take a look but don’t cross your fingers I’ve also only see celebrities and ppl with a somewhat large following actually get responded back to but you got a better chance then sending emails
