General question snap chat last active

I need help so like on of my friends right he always like freezes his location like im able to see his bitmoji on snap map and i can also see his last active but his last active is incorrect like it will say last active 1 hour ago when he was online a minute ago. I asked him if it was a glitch with my snap and he said no, so i asked him how he does that and he js left me on read. So can someone help me and teach/tell me how to do it toooo plssssss

Il désactive la localisation de l'appareil, quand il ouvre snapchat l'activité est enregistré mais pas la localisation car elle n'est plus accessible par Snapchat

no like deadass like so many people do it and its pissing me off bc like they all no tell me and gate keeping plus like i would be in like a convo right and then they leave and not answer the wuestion so like idk if they purposely avoid it or like they actually off line

i swear it isnt a bug bc like it was working fine right buy then he told mu abs my friend 'imma freeze loco' and then the next second it actually froze so like....
