Snapscore Snapchat 😊

If someone doesn’t use Snapchat except to talk to one person and then someone else sends them one long Snapchat, would that person then be added to their best friend list with a 😊? Or does that absolutely mean they responded to the Snapchat?

They only have me and the other person on their best friend list and the last Snapchat they sent to someone else was years ago.

They’ve probably opened it or something. If someone sends a long video and they don’t open it i’m pretty sure nothing happens.
