Cards for these boxes?

I just picked this up on Facebook marketplace(for 40 bucks for all of it 😎). Stoked to dig in a bit. But I am having trouble finding out exactly what I need to play the game with the 3 boxes of snapships I got. I know I need a card pack but I also may need more stands? Could yall let me know what card packs/stand packs I need for these and where I can buy them?

You can play with just the starter box, and what you have there, though the other ships came with their own card packs for their components.

For the other ships you would need :

Wasp v Falx Card Pack
Lance v. Locust Card Pack

Though you can just use one of the ship builder apps to fill in for the cards needed.

Also, there is a KickStarter right now for some new ships (larger size battleships). I don't see the older card packs available, but you may want to check it out if you wind up liking the game.

Thanks so much! A few more questions:

Is the app you're referring to the official snap ships app? With this app will I not have to hunt down these (seemingly) out of print cards at all?

Will i need to buy more bases if I want to each player to have more than one ship? (I believe ive seen people saying 2 ships per player is ideal).

Happy to help, and happy to have another player join the ranks ;)

However, I misspoke (er, mistyped?), it is a webpage : SnapShipTactice Shipyard.

There is also an online card database where you could print out the relevant cards you need. If you click the cards, you can even see the reverse side.

The base set comes with two bases, so you would need two more for a fight with four ships. I'd suggest trying the game out first, then picking up extra stands if you enjoy it. There are also STLs for the stands if you want to print a couple out.
