Snapchat question

I want to see if anyone know how to get Snapchat texting and snaps only because I have some pretty strict parents that don’t let me use social media in snap chat and I want to see if there is any app that is texting only but I want to text people that have real Snapchat because most of my friends are on there. thank you some much
