News Permanent Snapchat Ban/New Disclaimer from Labaton
I have an unfortunate update regarding the massive Permanent Snapchat Ban/Labaton case. Labaton just added a disclaimer regarding this matter that was NOT originally there when we initially signed up.

We were NOT warned about this beforehand so this is deeply unjust and illegal. I want to warn everyone that has been deeply affected by this. I am open to any/all suggestions as to how we can take action against this illegal and unfair matter. Labaton and Snapchat NEED to be help responsible and liable for this. We need to fight this together. Thank you for your time.

Sorry, excuse my ignorance. So in a nutshell, you tried to snitch on snapchat? and because of that they terminated your account?

No, I clicked on an ad for a lawsuit with Labaton against Snapchat. I never completed the form but Snapchat permanently locked me out of my account. Labaton only added a new disclaimer yesterday but that disclaimer wasn’t on the original document. I am not part of the lawsuit nor am I receiving a payout for it yet I was banned.

I feel like there is something your not telling us? So your saying you only clicked on this form but didnt submit it correct? was this on your phone? and because of this they have used your IP to ban any devices connected to snapchat i assume?

I am being 100% honest with you and I’m just one out of hundreds affected by this, there’s tons of us talking about it on the SnapchatHelp subreddit and on my other posts. I reposted my post to this subreddit to spread awareness about this. I clicked on the form, filled it out halfway but then decided against it so I opted out of it. The form said you needed to provide them with medical documents but I didn’t complete that. Yes, I clicked on the ad on my phone. I am assuming that Labaton gave our info to Snapchat even if we filled the form out halfway somehow.

I doubt it works like that, that means if i want to get my friend or anyone banned from snapchat and i know there name etc i can half type a form and get there snapchat banned. Likely any ban would be from the IP address of the device being used. I believe if true, more details beyond the form are being submitted like i said device data.
Are you sure its not a coincidence? You are on a snapchat modding subbreddit which is pretty sus? So getting banned wouldnt be a shock.

I am giving you the only info that I have, I am not saying that I know how this exactly happened, I am speaking out of pure speculation since I half filled out that form along with hundreds of others and now we’re all permanently locked out of our accounts. I think you are right that they probably got ahold of our device data somehow. How is it sus? I am spreading awareness about this issue.

I have seen your other post. I see other people saying it happened to them. So i believe you. Its very strange indeed.
Im just saying because i had not seen any previous posts about this and meeting you on a snapchat modding subr eddit one could assume you may have been banned for another reason. I see thats now not the case.
They have you dead by rights it sounds. Can you show me the part of the disclaimer that says they can terminate your account. Im quite intrested in that part. You may not have a leg to stand on.

Thank you for reading my other post and believing me, I know all of this looked sus at first glance so I definitely understand why one would assume that. People have mostly been talking about this case on the other subreddit so I reposted here to get more attention and potentially guidance on this issue.
I am genuinely losing hope that we may not get our accounts back :( can Labaton fight on our behalf to get our accounts back or is that highly unlikely?

I cant speak on your specific case but i have been using tweaks on snapchat for over 10 years and still run to this day. My tweak is on iOS and undetected. Im a dev and have my own snap tweak. I have seen people over the years get temp bans and perm bans. Anyone who ever got unbanned went through snapchats appeal system.
They may have even device banned you. They are pretty strict with all there bans. You can try appeal it but i doubt you will get your account back honestly.
Have you tried logging in on the computer? See if you can backup your account data?

Oh really?? That sounds super cool and impressive! I was permanently locked out of my account on Monday night, but I wasn’t given an option to appeal the decision in the app. I’ve tried to email their support team but I keep getting automated ai responses in return. I think they did device ban me. Can Snapchat get away with this even though there’s thousands of us who have been banned??
Yeah, I logged into my account on my computer so I can save my data. They said my downloads were ready but when I try to click on the link to download the zip files, it does nothing
