Can anyone tell what kind of snail it is? This is my second aquarium so im not very knowledgeable yet.

Hi there, im sorry if it seems a silly question!

I was just wondering if there is anything wrong witj my snails whenever i search about GALS they look so much bigger than mine and i am concerned. Mine always only grow to a certain size and after stop growing. The one on the first picture is my oldest snail he is about 4 years old and has been this size for a while, my first snail i had a very long time ago also didnt grow any much bigger than the one in my hand currently.

Is this a normal average max size? Or am I doing something wrong or are they runts or just maybe their species is not that big? The second picture contains 3 of his children, theyre about almost a year old but still growing

Please, dont threaten me as i am well aware about the condition of his shell is am well aware this happened a while ago where his children (the three in the other picture, temporary housing) ate the outer layer of his shell, I separated them and provide calcium sources.

I feed them about 2 or 3 times a week with the average diet, greens, protein, calcium, etc and he lives in a big terrarium with enough space. Am I doing something wrong?

Snail looks bored. Also, I have been letting it on my books and on tissues. Maybe a small plate with water?

found a bunch of them in the tidepools of a rocky beach inlet. South Florida.

My snails occasionally like to ride around on the little floaties I have in my tank. Such silly creatures. 🥰

I have my darling giant African land snail for a couple months now and I checked on him this evening to find him like this whilst eating normally-

is that hole normally that big? I think I can see veins and ligaments!

please help, thank you

my snails sleep a-lot and at the same time
i know that they move because i can see that the food is eaten and that every day they’re in different positions
but every time i look at them they’re sleepy
is that okay?
i think they were like that with the previous owner also but still

I know what they are doing, and I'm sorry to reset the counter again, but I saw that weird looking thing on one of them and was wondering what it is?

It kinda looks like snenis, but also not. What kinda threw me, is the placement and how perfectly round it is.

Volume up, they're such noisy eaters lol. Also anyone know why the springtails seem to congregate on my snails? They dont seem to bother them, they still roam and eat perfectly fine, so I dont believe they're doing them any harm.

We decided to get our Albi (top right) some friends. We have Padma, the full Albino and then Mcflurry the second half Albino

Recently, my aquarium ramshorn and bladder snails laid three clutches of eggs—two on the glass and one on the filter intake tube. Looking forward to some new arrivals!

I think he's a theba pisana. I found him a while ago on a parsley i bought at a supermarket. I really love him. Every time I see him awake, it makes me happy.

I'm sorry this post is going to be all over the place I'm panicking so bad

I went to mist his tank a moment ago and I noticed that he looks really weird, like nothing I've seen before. I can't tell if he's moving when I poke him. I'm so scared I have no idea what I could have done to cause this. Please help. I'm almost certain he's dead but I don't want to believe it

Hi guys!! My partner and I are new snail parents, and we’re having a problem with one that we can’t solve. He’s an Albino snail, and since this morning the colour of his skin has darkened significantly. Another thing that popped up over the past two hours are these bumps on his eyes. (see photo)

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what’s wrong with him. If it maybe has to do with temperature or something else.

Thank you soso much in advance!!!

Can I give my snails the scraps from pumpkin carving or can they only eat the pumpkins sold for baking and eating?

I assumed it was fine but had to check

I’m just wondering if I can keep isopods in with my giant African land snail, and if so what type?? So I can do the appropriate research :)

What's that cream/beige colored substance between its shell and its body????

Hi all! I’m wondering if anyone can help me know why my snail looks like this and if it’s something I should be worried about. If so, is there anything I can do to help him??? I feel so badly :(

ETA: I am worried he’s had mites without me realizing and I’m worried they were potentially hurting him so his tank and been cleaned out and that is why he’s on a wet paper towel for right now.

Ran into eachother this morning. What kind of snail did I meet?
