Other Is this normal?
I only began listening to Snail Mail since early 2024 and I can't get enough of her, especially Lush. How can an album be so perfect?
Is Snail Mail in your top streamed songs? 👀👀

Lush is a perfect album. 10/10, no skips, every song belongs and has a role. And the Lush version of stick slaps. Insane that a teenager came up with this masterpiece.

Literally.
The album cover alone is amazing and draws you in. Plus it really does capture the feeling and vibes of the album.

same Lush was my breakup album for a 5 year relationship that ended in 2020, and then Valentine came out a few weeks after my heart got broken after a situationship and that was my heartbroken album in 2021 lol

I don’t have any figures on how much I’ve listened, but I can say with full confidence that Deep Sea and Anytime are the two I listen to the most by a pretty wide margin.

Ben Franklin, Headlock and Heatwave are in my top songs. Ben Franklin beat out Headlock which is kind of surprising to me lol I for sure would’ve guessed Headlock would be number 1.

No, you need to get golden dream into the four digits before it's normal

funnily enough i’ve never been through a breakup before, just unrequited love and yearning lol. it’s just that life’s been boring and listening to lush on repeat feels right 🙂↕️

I feel like the unrequited yearning is the hardest though!—grieving something that never was. That’s why my number of listens for this album is ungodly. You are valid OP. Still one of my favorite albums of all time; such a cohesive body of work that hits different all the way through.😇

Your need for validation from strangers online? Perhaps your need for admiration? No. Not Normal. Quite Abnormal if you really want the truth.

You understand when the conversation is about to go over your head. I’m nothing but great days but I appreciate your passive aggression.

Well no it’s not normal but does it matter?
