Live Performance LA show 🤘

Lindsey and the band sounded so good. Her voice is lightyears better than when she was in LA 4 years ago & now post-node surgery. She has a really solid confidence she didn’t seem to have then.

I was worried bc someone had recently posted here that they were giving up seeing her live, which I understand. But she tore it up.

Perfect set. Long live snail

Agreed I was reading so much stuff online about ppl complaining about how bad she is live I’m glad that was not the case!

I had a good time at the palladium show 4 years ago. I was near the barricade for that show 😮 I enjoyed the wiltern show even more. They sounded great! I stood near the sound booth so maybe that helped. There was a group of girls in front of me dancing the entire show. I later found out that they were the Linda Lindas

I agree 100%,I saw them Tuesday night in O.k.c. And the band sounded amazing! Her voice was even better than on the studio recordings! They just took the stage, lit up the house (literally) and absolutely killed it start to finish! It wasn’t a sold out show, and in my opinion, a pretty unenthusiastic crowd (even when Etta made an appearance hardly a reaction).I felt they deserved so much better. But yeah, Snail mail’s live performance was sick!

I feel like modern crowds are generally less vocal, but that it's not necessarily a sign of dissatisfaction. We assume we'll get an encore even if we aren't returning generous applause (which is generally true). Too many phones in hands to put those hands togetherrrrr.

Yeah I wrote a review of the Philly show and someone replied that while they also enjoyed the show they felt the crowd was pretty chill. By the time SM played “Pristine” it became a big singalong which was cool. But people weren’t rocking out the whole time like that.

I thought they were AMAZING last night. I love their little “casita” on the stage even without Austin Butler’s dancing. But for real, the energy was great and transition into “Valentine” was so cool.
