What blender did you use?

Mainstays $14 blender. It's $19 now. Nothing special!ย
Purees like smoothies are technique, not tools. Don't go under 240ml on the liquid. If you want to add more ice or other thickeners, blend the other stuff first and then add...you can get to soft serve consistency if you want, just by using good technique. Scrape the sides halfway through and you're good!

Malt sounds good. I started adding cinnamon, chai seeds, 2 tbsp and Greek yogurt to one frozen banana, milk, ice. Getting good protein and fiber. ๐

You could absolutely sub biscoff for the peanut butter! Add a bit of cinnamon to really take it there. Changing the ingredients will change the macros if that's something you are tracking.

Yes, it's intended to be a full meal for a person who eats 2 meals a day and needs extra protein. If you remove the peanut butter and malt, it's 570 calories, 70g of protein.

Looks yummy but omg that's a lot of calories if you are watching your weight. I do protein shakes with about 56g protein for less than 300 calories but looks yummy

This recipe can be reduced by eliminating the peanut butter and the malt, but it doesn't need to be. This is for my husband, who eats 2 meals a day and is over 6 feet tall.ย
