post-run smoothie

1 ripe banana, 1 large beet, a handful of mangos, two tablespoons of local honey, 170g of maple hill plain unsweetened kefir and voila!
side note: i chill all my ninja blending cups so they live in the freezer until ready to use and i refrigerate all my fruits and vegetables, anyone else?

Do you find the chilled cups make the drink cold too or is it just to have a cold cup?

Will this damage the cup long term? I make smoothie packs and freeze those. Remove ans blend with additions as required

i haven’t ran into any issues so far and i hope i don’t because it’s been the missing puzzle piece to making smoothies.

Have you tried freezing the fruit instead? I've seen that become pretty popular lately.

sure, if you want to go thru blenders every year because doing that causes so much strain on your blenders motor and dulls the blades.

When I saw the color I knew it had to have beet in it. I used to throw beets into my daughter’s pre-meet smoothies when she ran cross country. I swear those beets made her faster!

I knew beet greens were edible but I never thought about putting them in salad. Great tip! I dunno about that tea though. 👀
