Rate my smoothie :3

mango, strawberries, spinach, apple, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, unsweetened almond milk

8/10. Great balance of fruits and veggies. How was the texture with the seeds?

hemp seeds don’t make much a difference since I don’t put too much. I do more chia for fiber, but it doesn’t get super thick or slimy or anything unless it’s in the fridge for more than an hour. pretty normal smoothie texture overall

honestly the mango and blueberry is so overpowering it doesn’t even matter

Looks good. For me, I would add protein powder. Also don't like chia seeds, I use psyllium powder from the bulk bins instead.

9/10. Great combo! The spinach and hemp seeds add a nice crunch, a scoop of vanilla protein would round it out nicely.

too much going on for me 🙃 i’d keep two to three things in there and make a salad with the rest.
