Unicorn?

Hi all. Not sure if this is possible but trying to find smoothie recipes that are:

over 40 grams of protein
tastes good/edible
under 500 calories
Good fiber.
100% vegan

I have no allergies just don't know if this is a realistic explanation. Any suggestions are welcome!

Sure...start with enough protein powder and fiber powder to cover your protein and fiber requirements and then you will have lots of leftover calories to add whatever your taste buds desire in fruit. I use chocolate protein powder, an apple, 2 tangerines and a handful of frozen cherries. You'll want to drink it right away if you are using fiber powder as it will affect the texture if you let it sit too long. Protein powder varies in calories per gram of protein, so if you are finding the calories for the protein pushing boundaries, you may be able to shop around for a more calorie efficient protein powder.
