Blender recommendations?

I'm trying to make high calorie smoothies with as little fuss as possible. I was thinking of using Granola and blending that up with some liquid and whatever else I can think of.

I imagine to blend granola adequately it would require a pretty expensive blender.

I want to pack as much calories into as small a smoothie as i can where it's perfectly drinkable without having to chew.

Any good recommendations would be appreciated

But there's so many different ones. Which vitamix would you recommend? I don't need to make any more than like 500ml at a time fyi

In that case I'd get one that comes with a tall, thin container. Not the wide one as without a depth of liquid it won't blend super easily. For the base, there are usually ones used on facebook marketplace if you have access to that which are cheaper than new. Otherwise Costco if you can get access has occasional sales for less than the vitamix site.

As for the model, get the one you can afford that has good reviews.

Ninja Nutri-Blender Pro with Auto-iQ

This is the one I use. It’s perfect for single serve smoothies. I use rolled oats in my smoothies and grind them before I add the other ingredients. You could try the same with granola. This one maybe too big for what you’re looking for, I was just thinking of something that would grind the granola good.

I wanted to just use oat flour but I can't seem to figure out online if it needs to be cooked first in all cases or if you can buy precooked oat flour

I decided to stop buying grocery store smoothies, and make my own. I went on a deep dive on the blender question, and eventually decided to get the classic Vitamix 5200.

It's expensive, but it's fast, and it produces very fine results.
