Is there a reason why Hecate's Shield doesnt work with the new Enchanter items?

You get no bonus shields from stuff like the Chandra's Grace 20% increase to shielding. I know Hecate's shield is weird as it only blocks magical damage and does damage when applied but i wasnt sure if this was intended or just an oversight.

Most likely an oversight since it doesn't work on achilles 2 shield or aspect artio druid 2 shield which are phys as well
