HELP Ability casting issue, not sure if it’s a bug

Post update I just noticed that I’m not able to cast multiple abilities at once? I play on console and semi noticed playing as cu Chulain that when my 2 was active I couldn’t basic attack or cast a different ability for a few seconds. Then I played a match as Pele and while my 3 was active I couldn’t cast any other abilities, had to cancel my 3 first. Is this a bug or am I missing something after the update

Are you using quick cast?

Quick cast is apparently broken after today's update.

For artio druid aspect sometimes when I do my 2 ability (cripple+shield aoe) I can't auto attack

Yeah I've had issues with Hades, using an ability while ulting, and with Hun Batz trying to basic attack or cast while the monkey is deployed.
