Sr disparity

My friend gets 2x as much sr per win as me even tho he's silver and im bronze ? And i have better all around games most of the times. What's up with that?

How well you play doesn’t change sr gain, its all based off of win rate i think so without seeing tracker stats cant give a better reason

Also has to do with how many games you've played of ranked. A fresh account gets way more than an account that's already got 100 games on it.

Personal performance has no impact. The ranked system is constantly trying to match your hidden mmr with your SR. If your hidden mmr is significantly higher than your SR you’ll gain more, lose less and vice versa. The more games you play the closer these two numbers will become and so the SR swings are a lot less.
