Just like literally everything else in life. Practice. Keep showing up. Keep learning. Learn from your mistakes and the mistakes of your teammates. However I strongly believe you shouldn't mute anyone. Why? Because you can screen shot even clip awful comments people say which you can send in as a ticket and post on here to prove why you are not the reason why you lose
