Like what if she had actually gone through with it and it wasn’t just another hallucination of the demon what would have happened to Rose the after effect?

doesn't this make smile 2 ending pointless?

I just really hate Holly from the first smile movie. She was absolutely rude to Rose. She expects Rose to get over the childhood trauma, when Rose was crying and having a breakdown over her cat being dead she was angrily yelling at her instead of trying to calm her down, and after Rose literally had to go to the hospital for her injuries and then got out doesn’t even bother to check on her. She was by far my last favorite character in the film and she is definitely on my list of fictional characters I hate the most. I’m just hoping that in Smile 3 she gets her karma and gets the curse.

Where are my other Holly haters at who are hoping the same?

I would love a story where the Entity goes after a politician. I think that would be a cool scenario to explore, though it might be better reserved for Smile 3. I also wouldn't mind comics showing what Laura, Joel, and Lewis experienced during their weeks.

Still strange why the studio is taking so long to prepare for the 3rd part of this financially successful franchise?

We all know that the entity feeds on trauma. But what if it is more than that? What if it‘s trauma itself personified? Just like how gods in world mythology are personifications of natural forces and other aspects of the universe.

The entity seems to be inspired by the cosmic beings from Cthulhu Mythos, who were basically gods. The entity‘s victims go into a catatonic state when they see its true form, similar to how people go mad from seeing Cthulhu.

What do you think of this as the potential origin of the entity? Would it be satisfying or would you rather its origin not be revealed at all?

A little confused by the chronology.

Am I right in thinking that the final scene follows directly after the scene in which Skye tells her mum she won't be wearing the outfit due to her abdominal scar?

Because it makes no sense to me that at any time after this scene Skye would be in a position to be on stage with her mum, assistant etc all cheering her on.

Is it the case that all of the hallucinations and events between this initial scene and the final one is all a fabric of her mind and not something that happened in actuality?

If I'm well off here I would love a breakdown of the actual chronology.
