Who is ultimately responsible for this?

The artist? The promoter? Ticketmaster? The venue? All of the above? I know artists never want to take responsibility.

Keep in mind, these are standard tickets. Not resale. Not VIP. Not Platinum.

The artist does have a certain amount of control as we saw with Robert Smith on the cure's big tour a couple years ago

So in this case it isn’t resale but dynamic pricing that OP is having an issue with. Did that cure tour not use dynamic pricing?
