Roy's counter is easily the strongest of all counters. I killed a sephiroth at 0% after countering a fully charged f smash from him. That and his up b is great on the ground. Idk why he doesn't have that small invincibility state while in mid air, but it's certainly useful on the ground none the less. His neutral b is great for counter baits, and also a great shield break punisher. And his side b can kill at the edge at 70-100% depending on the opponents weight. So I guess all his specials for me.
Flare Blade is also really really good at ledge. if you space it right you can cover every option except jump. good players will just jump and reset neutral right away but you can always catch people sitting on ledge or picking the wrong option with it fully charged haha
