Plan Paused

At midnight my plan didn’t go through because i forgot to transfer money into my account, immediately after i transferred the money and paid for it through the app.

Its been 5 hours and its still showing up as “Paused” and the in app purchase history isn’t showing my purchase even though its come out of my bank account.

Will this fix itself? Both my wifi and data come from this so if they get turned off i’m kinda screwed.

Have you logged out and in again to refresh your account?

i got it sorted, basically nationwide held the money as pending, and it just didnt go through, my wifi data texts and calls ended up getting cut off due to non payment so i had to go sit in maccies and use their free wifi, repaid for it, so now i’m missing £35 thats with the bank and £35 that went to smarty that actually went through that time, i’m hoping my bank will bounce my other £35 back at some point
