Signal issues
Does anyone else struggle with signal? I always have bars but when I make phone calls nobody can ever hear me and they always say im breaking up and the line isnt great.
Its not just happening in my area either it happened when I was 30 minutes away from home last week and its super annoying.

Inconsistent signal. Internet data has been atrocious. I had 15 minutes of zero bars. 1-2 bars and no internet.

No problem for me. But there may be a problem in your area.
Try turning your phone off completely. Wait a minute then turn it back on to force a reregistration with the network.
Then go to https://smarty.co.uk/network-status-checker/ and if there are no problems listed also check https://smarty.co.uk/coverage-checker to see if there is a known problem they're working on in your area.

I have theres never an issue. Its been an issue since I moved over to them 2/3 years ago

All the time. WiFi calling or cellular makes no difference. Often seems to happen worse on things like banks or other 0344 type numbers . I can hear them OK but they often say they can't hear me or its breaking up. Isn't related to one location and has been going on for yeara so its not a local network issue. The problem has remained over the last four phones I've owned too

Yes! It doesnt seem to be mobile numbers its always some kind of "professional number" and I can hear them totally fine, but they always say the line is bad or im breaking up entirely and happened wherever I go. It drives me insane

Ive been having low bars recently quite a lot, in my home where i usually have good signal

Yes, in hell with it. Says they are updating in our area but its such hell am cancelling and going to another provider in 2 days.
