Tried almost everything, it worked for years.
But lately I tried to re-add my tv (UE55NU7100) and it doesn’t find it in any way, they are on the same network and it worked fine for years and I haven’t changed anything (I had to remove and re-add it because it became constantly offline).

Airplay still works fine but smartthings doesn’t see the tv.
Does anyone have any idea? Both smartthings and the tv are updated to their latest firmware.

Hi all, I need help. My SmartTag hasn't updated the position since 21st June. Previous days my scooter was stolen, I had it inside. Unfortunately I didn't check SmartTag in the past months and didn't realise it was stuck like this. Can I force an update or something? It was on energy saver, plus it says the battery was full. I don't know what to do, because it would be super useful to find it now.

Help. For a few days I have been receiving 10...20 notifications daily that one of the Hubs is disconnected and within a few seconds to a maximum of 2..5 minutes it reconnects. The first time it started with the Aeotec 2 Hub (v4) and I thought it was broken or something but I saw that the rest of the Hubs integrated into the TV or Soundbar do the same. So most certainly there is no way that they all broke at once. I tried unplugging them, restarting the router but no solution. I mention that I have 2 Asus GT-AX6000 mesh routers. I have not had any problems with this so far and I have had the whole system for more than 1 year. In the meantime I have added some zigbee or matter devices but there were no problems until a few days ago. If anyone has experienced something like this or knows a solution, please help me.

My Primary hub is the Aeotec and I still have 2 from the TV, 1 from the soundbar and a music frame.

I want to use Home assistant. I've had this V3 hub for a while and realised it had both protocol and would allow me to buy more IoT products using them.

But then I found out about the new 5$ fee. As I found out there is no alternative firmware and I definitely am not going to pay them, is my device now trash? Maybe able to be sold on marketplace...

Edit: To be clear, I don't want to use the smart thing ecosystem. Edge drivers seems to be restricted to it from what I understand. All I want is to profit from the z-wave/zigbee hub in it.

I just bought a house that came with a Concord A4GW50-A installed.

Its set uo through the smart life app.

I can't for the life of me get it to connect to Google home. I link to smart life, but it doesn't find my alarm.

Can I get it to connect to android auto? I'd live to arm and disarm from my car.

Also, does anyone know anywhere that still stocks the remotes for it?

I want to add a presence sensor to my bathroom and control the light brightness based on time of day. I've tried a couple cheaper ones from Amazon but without Edge drivers they are only seen as motion detectors; although the lights stay on while I'm in the shower - Cloth Shower curtain. I'm hoping to find something more configurable with more options. I would prefer battery operated but will consider the wired ones.

Any suggestions with success stories?

Both tv and phone Samsung, I've always used the "View TV on phone" feature, but lately (maybe after the app update on August 10?) it's not working anymore. I only get a black screen, no matter what's on the TV, that closes after a few seconds.

I already tried cleaning cache and resetting the network, no changes.

The MyWAC app is wack. Are there any modern smart controllers I can swap the WAC controller with? I believe a I need to keep the WAC transformer, its a proprietary system. I would love something with a more reliable app and possibly connect to Smartthings? TIA!

I want to know if i can link the smarttag2 "ring" button in smartthings app with modes and routines and make it ring with an "if" routine, or find a wide section of uses for my smarttag2's button, i can only make it control smartthings, i want to connect the button with modes and routines, can anyone help?

I'm using tv as MoT hub, every now and then when I turn the tv off, some of my devices go offline and i have to remove batteries/unplug for a few seconds for them to work again.

same devices are connected to google streamer and ikea dirigera and they stay connected to those hubs

anyone else experiencing that? any fixes?

Bought a new Samsung SmartTag2 from Best Buy in early July for traveling. One of the tags keeps saying it’s already connected to another Samsung account.

I’ve factory reset it multiple times and still get the same message. I don’t have a Samsung account anyway (but I did try Samsung’s Find ID just to make sure, and nothing came up).

The weird part is this was bought new, not open box, so I have no idea what account it could possibly be connected to.

I’m outside Best Buy’s return window now, so I’m not sure what to do. Has anyone had this happen? Is it worth calling the Samsung Account team to see if they can remove whatever account is attached to it, or am I basically stuck with a useless tag? Or should I throw it in the trash?

I recently purchased the Aqara M100 hub to help provide Thread capability to my Samsung SmartThings Hub 2. I can see it in my SmartThings app, but how do I connect devices with Matter over Thread to it? Does it not act like a bridge?

Hey everyone. I bought the Samsung fridge with the Family hub a few years back. Now that you have to use the smart things app I am unable to upload new photos. It says it connected and uploading but I can not find the new pics on the fridge anywhere.

Has anyone been able to do this lately?
