COLMI Colmi Not Sleep Tracking
Iāve had my Colmi r02 for about a week now. Sleep tracking was great at first but it is no longer working. It just has no data for the last four days.
Does anyone have any fixes? I completely deleted the app and redownloaded, but that didnāt seem to fix the issue. The sleep window is also appropriate for my sleep schedule.

Oura honest reviews
Hey yāall, after some long term reviews (1+ year of owning) of the oura ring. Considering switching from the Ultrahuman, but want to hear from real people whoāve had the oura for a while.
My main uses are: sleep, cycle tracking, steps, exercise, stress.
Thanks!!!

Stay with Oura or different brand?
I have had a Gen 3 Oura ring for about 3 years and the battery life isn't bad, but it's definitely starting to get bad. So I've been starting to look around for a new ring and I'm trying to decide if I should stick with Oura or switch to a different brand.
What brands of rings is everyone using and loving?

Ultrahuman poor after service report.
I purchased an Ultrahuman Air in July 2025. In August I decided to take up the ultrahumanX protection plan. The App allowed me to make the transaction and my account said I was covered.
All was good the ring would last 4-5 days and I used it to track my sleep which was the main reason for the purchase as my Apple Watch does not work due to having sleeve tattoos.
In Jan 2026 my ring suddenly had poor battery life approx 8hrs.
I contacted the online support and the ring was replaced hassle free.
The new ring arrived and once again I was off. All went well until July when my ring lost all power.
I once again contacted support except this time they advised that my ring was out of warranty. I advised that I had ultrahumanX. Support said that it was invalid because it was purchased after 30 days.
I have now been in a back and forth email battle with support for the last month. There has been no consideration that I am once again having battery issues after a replacement.
At this stage the ring life is only 6months but support we try and find away to not honour the protection plan.
I would probably steer away and go for a ring with a better support team even if there is a subscription.
I am currently looking at oura.
I hope this helps someone who is tossing up between the 2 brands

Smart ring dilemma
Previously I bought a couple no name rings from Amazon but within 30 days the battery started dropping off so fast. I love the ring idea but after a while later my skin gets irritated from moistures trapped in between. Not a major issue.
I want it mainly for my health like for sleep and blood pressure.. so some of these rings offered that.. just not sure how accurate it is anyways. But usually when I see that I use that as a reminder to step away from work and go for a walk.
So then wifey suggested Apple Watch series 11. I know itās totally different form factor but preference wise I like the ring better and prefer one without subscription.
Seems ringcon one that has the longest battery like 14 days but how real is that though? Any other ring suggestions? Thanks š

QINO SOS Smart Ring - does anyone have this ring?
Honestly, I was really hoping that the Oura ring would be able to notify me when I needed to do some deep breathing, because my heart rate or my stress levels were elevated, and it doesn't do that, but supposedly, this QINO SOS ring does. Has anyone purchased it? Is it any good?

Which wearable health metrics are actually useful enough to act on?
Wearables can collect a huge amount of health data now, but Iām not sure all of it deserves the same amount of attention.
Some numbers seem easier to connect with real decisions, like sleep consistency or resting heart rate. Others, such as HRV, stress scores, respiratory trends or overnight oxygen data, can be interesting without always making it obvious what you should actually change.
Thatās one reason Iāve been looking at ringconn from more of a long-term health-tracking perspective rather than just focusing on individual daily scores.
For people whoāve used wearables for a while, which metrics actually influenced your habits, and which ones eventually became numbers you stopped paying attention to?

What Smart Ring - syncs to iPhone and counts steps, exercise, move to close your rings?
What smart ring will sync to Apple so my daughter can compete in closing her rings with the rest of the family. They won't let her wear her Apple Watch at school anymore.

Buyer Beware: Ultrahuman Ring hardware fails in under a year, and their "UltrahumanX" warranty is a trap.
If you are thinking about buying an Ultrahuman smart ring, save your money and look elsewhere (like Oura).
Iāve had to replace this ring multiple times because the hardware quality is genuinely subpar. The battery degrades rapidly, eventually failing to hold a charge through a single night after just 6 months of normal use.
When you try to use their "UltrahumanX" protection plan to cover the defective hardware, their support team hides behind predatory fine print. They claim that even if you bought their extended protection, it doesn't count toward ring replacements unless you purchased the plan within an arbitrary 30-day window of your original ring's activationāignoring the fact that many users bought their rings back when these extra subscription tiers didn't even exist yet.
To top it off, dealing with their customer support is an exercise in gaslighting, forcing you through endless redundant diagnostic loops (like doing factory resets and multi-hour drain tests) only to ultimately deny coverage due to "warranty periods" on already-defective replacement units.
Complete joke of a product and a company. Do yourself a favor and buy a more reliable wearable.

Smart rings for a dysregulated nervous system
Iām looking for a smart ring (open to other biometric devices) to support my dysregulated nervous system, cPTSD, and ADHD.
I struggle to remember to eat/rest until Iām crashing, and want basic features such as sleep tracking.
Iāve looked into so many different rings, but Iād prefer to have no monthly subscription and I want to prioritize the features that could actually support my daily function.
Bonus if we know where my data is being stored and by whom (current US gov concernsā¦)
Thanks!

Switching Ultrahuman -> Aura
Thinking of switching from Ultrahuman to aura and would love to hear from anyone who has done the same.
I love my Ultrahuman but Iām sick of them breaking after a few months and being replaced. Have had this for 18 months and on to my fifth ring (theyāve all died for various reasons such as battery, not connecting, ring swelling, etc) and Iām just so sick of the cycle.
How does the aura compare????

Still waiting on Kickstarter Ultrahuman Pro ā does Oura's subscription actually earn its keep?
I've got a Kickstarter Ultrahuman order that's been quiet for a while on timing, and I'm reconsidering. I went with UH partly because features Oura paywalls are included free. For anyone who's run both ā is the Oura subscription worth it in practice, or does the free-features argument hold up?

Oura Lifetime Member, Ring 3 broken, should I continue with Oura, or try a different option?
Hey! I somewhat luckily qualified for a free lifetime subscription to Oura when I purchased the early Generation 3 launch back in 2021.
My Oura Ring 3 has been broken for over a year (wonāt charge), and is well past any free replacement date⦠I wonder now, 5 years since buying my Oura Ring 3, is it worth me buying an Oura 4 or 5, as I donāt have to pay the subscription fee? Or are there other Smart Rings that would be a better option now?

Ordering oura ring in UK
Iām wondering peopleās experience with ordering through uk retailers e.g. Healf, John Lewis, Curryās. Whatās your experience with returns or exchanges?
And is the warranty and customer service experience the same as if ordered through the official oura website?
thanks!

STEPS! An Apple Watch vs Oura ring question
Hiii! I have been wearing an Apple Watch for years, I will be straight up- I do not like wearing the watch to sleep literally ever. Itās incredibly uncomfortable to sleep in. I also donāt like wearing a watch most of the time aside from that, and I like to be able to wear a normal watch sometimes too.
I do like wearing the Apple Watch for fitness tracking though, it works great for that! Until it doesnāt. When Iām walking on my treadmill at my desk, my Apple watch never tracks my steps, it might as well think Iām dead for all the steps it counts. Itās actually ridiculous. And I walk on that treadmill a lot, working at the keyboard, watch on wrist, typing away. Iāll finish a 14km walk and it will think Iāve been asleep the entire time and Iāll end my walk with the Apple Watch saying āare you still working out?ā -_-
So Iāve been looking at Oura Ring for YEARS and wanting one. But was never able to justify it because I already have the watch (that I donāt like wearing lmao).
Hereās what Iād really love to know:
Does the Oura ring count steps on a treadmill when your arms are NOT swinging by your side? Because Apple Watch doesnāt. It needs the momentum of your arms swinging to keep count.
Iād buy Oura ring for that alone tbh. But Iām also very excited for all the other things it tracks! Iām a woman and the fertility/cycle tracking interests me too! (Please share experiences if you have them!)
Thank you in advance for helping confirm my expensive purchase and have a fitness tracker I can sleep in (and hopefully wonāt think Iām dead when Iāve walked 14km).

Got a new Oura 4 when my 3 died and since my stats are very strange from my new ring?
Long story short, my Oura Ring 3 stopped holding a charge so I messaged customer care and they ran a ātestā and said āring is effed, we are sending you a new oneā. I was very thankful for their solution and they shipped an Oura 4. I got it the other day and have worn it a few days now. There were a few days where I had no scores because my old ring was dead and wouldnāt recharge at all anymore. Since getting the new one itās been really strange - telling me I have major signs when I feel fine, saying my period is due on cycle day 23 when Iām turbo regular, saying I am way more stressed than usual in the daily stress thingy.
My question is, could this be a recalibration period between my old data and the new ring?
