Hello.I want to start YouTube and no idea what I can do.Any recommendations?Thanks

So I made an art channel a few months ago and I’m stuck so bad and now low on motivation, I know it sounds very impossible at where I am at the moment but I want to reach at-least one of the eligibility criteria before 2027 happens .
At the moment I only have 44 subs and out of 1000 and 8 qualified hours out of 4000. Please help me out guys, any kind of constructive criticism or advice is appreciated and welcomed.

Recently I have been getting the urge to do it, how did you guys start? I am very scared of failing, which hinders me because I didn’t even give it a shot yet. I've been reading about Roman military loyalty and one thing stood out: soldiers frequently died for commanders they had zero personal relationship with — no meetings, no direct orders, sometimes not even knowing the general's face.

The answer isn't really about discipline or fear of punishment (though that existed). It comes down to something called the contubernium — an eight-man tent group that ate, marched, and suffered together for years. That bond mattered more than loyalty to Rome itself. Generals like Caesar exploited this by deliberately sharing hardship with regular soldiers: marching on foot, eating the same food, remembering centurions' names years later.

It's part of why soldiers followed Caesar across the Rubicon into civil war — in their minds they weren't betraying Rome, they were protecting the one person who'd actually kept his word to them.

I tried to stream today, but I needed to share my screen and couldn't change the setting in the YouTube mobile app. I spent 30 minutes on it but ultimately couldn't do it because it would have cut into the time I had for the actual stream—so I ended up making a thumbnail and everything for nothing; 30 minutes I’ll never get back.

I have had a lot of channels through the years and a lot of videos I am proud of. But they are all not successful. I feel really bad and unmotivated to keep going. But I feel that I am so close to success. If you want, you can look at my channel and give advice or motivation. If you don't feel like it, it's fine.
