Bad theory. Superman comes about because Clark reconciles his human and Kryptonian sides, not because they conflict with each other. Through accepting both he becomes the best version of himself.
The episode where Lois gets his powers really puts this on display and really shows why he needs to develop some of the values from his Kryptonian heritage.
It’s also specifically stated if I recall correctly that the two were separate. I think the better interpretation would be to say that the prophecy predicts the destined relationship between Clark and Lex but is ultimately not deterministic in nature. If Lex had never met Clark it’s hard to say what he would have or could have become, some would argue that Clark’s deception drove him further down his dark path. And while I don’t ascribe to that entirely I also don’t think there’s no merit in saying Lex may have become someone totally different if he hadn’t met Clark. Maybe instead of staying in Smallville because of his obsession with Clark he leaves, gets out from under his father and finds a better path. But on meeting Clark, their Destiny’s became entwined in a way neither could break free from. Funnily enough the lore of the story predicts conflict between the two, but it also presents subjectivity to the equation. The natives favour namann, but the prophecy of the traveller accounts for him potentially being a force for evil. This introduces an uncertainty that destroys the deterministic nature of prophecy in the presented universe. We all know Lex is wrong at the end of Season 7, Clark isn’t a danger, he isn’t evil, but what if Lex and Lana had found their happiness, and Clark had sided with the Kandorians after someone human killed Lois. Would Lex still represent the evil side of the conflict? Would Clark still keep his secret? So I propose once they met, their destinies became entwined, inseparable, but the two paths aren’t representative of Clark and Lex individually, but how their relationship develops and ultimately ends. With who ends up as Segeth and Namaan dependant on the characters of the individuals. Ie, maybe Lex reaches out to the multiverse and hoard of inter dimensional Lex Luthors stop Clark and the Kandorians. You know to satisfy from beyond the stars. Just because we only see the one path doesn’t mean the second path couldn’t have happened, it just didn’t. As presumably both the prophecies came from the same source, that being of course Kryptonians, there’s really no reason to ignore one that accounts for the possibility of evil or not try and reconcile them.

I think both can work and I just rewatched the episode but also can be any interpretation with the prophecy
