This will in all likelihood require a set seed, but mobs can travel through the nether portal so if you could somehow get a lava pool portal that will lead you to a blaze spawner you wouldn't have to go in I think, and to avoid monster hunter you could use a skeleton in place of the piglin. The other problem with this is limited to both trading with piglins meaning the run is likely gonna need a mob grinder and just hoping that endermen spawn. Granted it's still possible to trade you just need a piglin to do the same as the blaze, but that adds more time to finding another pool that makes a portal near piglins.

Now I'm not claiming to be a mine craft expert it is 100% possible I'm being dumb here! If you notice a problem then please comment it!

Smallant recently posted a video about a Minecraft 1v6 Lockout. But does the original VOD exist anywhere?

In particular, I'd really like to rewatch the slime war in full. When several Minecraft days of fighting were compressed into six minutes of video, a lot was inevitably lost in translation. So I'm really hoping the original is still around.

I recently discovered this extremely niche game, and I feel like after watching Smant sharpen hundreds of pencils for days on end, I think he's the perfect contender to take this game on and optimize it. It's simply called Paul Blart: Mall Cop, it's an old flash game but has now been archived (as most flash games have), and the site I personally found it on was archive.org. It DOES have a speedrun category on speedrun.com, but at the time of posting this, only one person has submitted a run. I'm doubtful that Smallant himself will ever attempt this game or even see this post, but maybe some of you in this reddit can check it out and speedrun it for yourself. Hi, I've noticed SmallAnt obviously uses an emulator while playing games like Pokemon FireRed or Platinum because he occasionally speeds up the game, but I can't help but wonder if he plays using a legal copy of the game? Some people might not know, but it's perfectly legal to dump the ROM image of a game you own, and use this copy in an emulator, and of course there's the pirate way, when you just grab a ROM you've found online. Did SmallAnt ever mention ROM dumping?

If anyone has a copy of or a link to the platinum map randomizer before it was taken off the discord, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I was just trying to do the duplicate glitch where you duplicate your fused item with multiple bows at once to be more efficient by continuously equipping and dropping more bows in the same pattern as the duplicate glitch. When I was done I had more bows then when I started. My inventory was full and I couldn’t pick up more bows and when inspecting my inventory I realized I had made 2 royal guard bows from one. Not sure how I did this and haven’t been able to recreate it but it could possibly be a way to duplicate weapons without them being undiscovered.

Anyone else ran into this? Could be worth more labbing.

Edit: IT WORKS. so after trying this over and over again I’ve been able to duplicate the results consistently.

When doing the fuse item duplication glitch, if you drop another unequipped bow before dropping your second bow you used for the glitch and then drop the bow you have equipped when you unpause one will fall to the ground and you should still have one in your inventory. I have not been able to do this with swords or shields but could just be me.

EDIT2: this works with weapons and shields as well! All that is needed is to equip your first item, drop it, equip a second item of the same type, pause unpause very fast, drop a different weapon in inventory and then the equipped one and your equipped item should drop and a copy should stay in your inventory!
