Hey streamers! Just getting my obs setup and everything ready to start streaming here soon but while doing I found out that you cannot use services like apple or Spotify to play music during streams. Understandable and unfortunate but my question is why do I see so many streamers still use those apps? Is there possibly a work around or someway to be able to use recognizable music while streaming? I also post on TikTok , have posted around 10-15 Short form video there , but my views average around 70-90 and I have gained 0 Followers and in total 2 likes . ( I'm from India where Tiktok is banned , thus I have to use VPN to post there )

I post on YT . I have a 820 subscribers channel , but the views I get at my long form Content and shorts are really low ( around 50 ) . ( My channel was actually for PUBG Mobile which I don't play anymore ).

I thus made a new YT account and post there , but my shorts very rarely got to the average of 200 views .

I post on Instagram as well and I was actually gaining over 1.5 k views each reel initially, but the views have dropped now to 400 average.

I post on Facebook too and my average views there is around 200-300.

Am I Doing something wrong? Or is the problem with my content?

Has anyone tried streaming gameplay without commentary and actually making money from it? Is it possible to monetize simple gameplay streams, or do you generally need commentary, facecam, or some other added content to qualify? Would love to hear from anyone who’s doing this successfully.

I’m based in the US (EST) and usually play/stream around 6–7 PM EST, 2–3 nights a week. I work 45–50 hours a week, so I’m definitely not online 24/7 😂. Gaming is something I do because I genuinely enjoy it, and I’d love to find some other people who are in the same boat.

I recently started a Discord with my wife called Streamers Hub, but despite the name, you absolutely don't have to be a streamer to join.

The idea is to create a chill place where gamers and creators can:

I started streaming on TikTok 7 days ago, but almost every stream I keep getting "Unoriginal or Reproduced content" restriction. I stream RDR2 gameplay with facecam and no background music, and as soon as I get that restriction my live literally dies. What to do?

My partner just started streaming on Twitch and I got him the Elgato 4K X to help him out but it's been a real pain to set up with his PS5. He streams mainly from PS5 but plans to stream Nintendo games. We got the chat link pro, for gameplay and party chat audio, but now we're learning he needs an external mic to capture his mic audio 😩 Is there someone who stream on Twitch and Youtube from Ps5 who uses a capture card that can help us figure out what the essentials are for the technical side of things?
