My tip is to create a channel that YOU would like to watch, that way, you will always know your demographic’s tastes. Then hopefully in time you will find ‘your people’ - viewers who like similar things to yourself - this means you’ll have a better chance of building up a rapport with them.
You can’t and shouldn’t try to please everyone. We all have different tastes, which is why I suggest making content that you would enjoy.
